What programs (tiers) are offered?
ProgramsThree tiers: Foundations (Tier 1), Professional (Tier 2), and Master Practitioner (Tier 3). Each includes modules, lessons, quizzes, assignments and an auto-issued certificate on completion.
Which payment methods are accepted?
PaymentsWe accept Bitcoin (BTC) and PayPal. After you submit a transaction reference at checkout, an admin manually confirms it and your enrollment activates.

When does my enrollment become active?
PaymentsAfter you submit payment details, status shows Pending. An admin reviews the transaction and marks it Confirmed — your enrollment then activates and the program appears on your dashboard.
How is my progress tracked?
LearningProgress is stored per lesson. Marking a lesson complete or passing a quiz updates your program percentage. When you hit 100%, a certificate is auto-issued.
What is the AI Tutor?
LearningA context-aware chat tutor grounded in your current program and module. It supports voice input (mic) and voice output (Listen / Auto-speak).
How do I submit assignments?
LearningOpen the lesson containing the assignment and upload your file in the submission block. Instructors grade submissions in their dashboard.
How do I get and view my certificate?
CertificatesCertificates are auto-issued at 100% program completion with a unique number in the form PAA-YYYY-XXXXXX. View and print them from the certificates page.
How can employers verify my certificate?
CertificatesEvery certificate carries a QR code linking to a public verification URL: /verify/<code>. Anyone can scan or visit that page to confirm authenticity.
What user roles exist?
AccountThree roles: student (default), instructor, and admin. Admin and instructor are mutually exclusive. Role changes are audited.
How do instructors create content?
InstructorsUse the authoring workspace to create modules, lessons, quizzes, and assignments. Grading is done from the grading page.
How do admins confirm payments?
AdminOpen the Admin Console → Payments tab, review the TXID/reference, and mark Confirm or Reject. All decisions are logged in the Audit tab.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
AccountUse the Forgot password link on the auth page to receive a reset email.
