When does my enrollment become active?

For PayChangu payments (card, PayPal, mobile money), your enrollment is usually activated automatically after a successful transaction. For manual crypto or admin-arranged payments, status shows **Pending** until an admin reviews and confirms it — your enrollment then activates and the program appears on your dashboard.

How is my progress tracked?

Progress is stored per lesson. Marking a lesson complete or passing a quiz updates your program percentage. When you hit 100%, a certificate is auto-issued.

How do I submit assignments?

How do I get and view my certificate?

Certificates are auto-issued at 100% program completion with a unique number in the form `PAA-YYYY-XXXXXX`. View and print them from the certificates page.

How can employers verify my certificate?

Every certificate carries a QR code linking to a public verification URL: `/verify/<code>`. Anyone can scan or visit that page to confirm authenticity.

What user roles exist?

Three roles: **student** (default), **instructor**, and **admin**. Admin and instructor are mutually exclusive. Role changes are audited.
