Refund Policy

14-day refund window

We want you to be confident in your investment. You may request a full refund of any one-time program purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you have completed less than 25% of the program's lessons.

Subscriptions

All-Access Memberships (monthly and annual) can be canceled at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period. The current period fee is refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, provided fewer than five lessons across the catalog have been marked complete during that period.

How to request a refund

Email support@platinum-ai.academy from the address on your account with the order or transaction ID. We will confirm eligibility and process the refund through Paddle, our merchant of record, within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of policy abuse, content extraction, chargeback fraud, or where more than 25% of the program (or five lessons for subscriptions) has been consumed. Certificates that have already been issued will be revoked upon refund.
