1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the website, courses, subscriptions, and services offered by Platinum AI Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a program or subscription, or by creating an account, you accept these Terms.

2. Merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

4. Programs and subscriptions

One-time program purchases grant lifetime access to that specific program's curriculum. All-Access Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually and grants access to every published program while active. Access ends at the end of the paid period after cancellation.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share course materials, recordings, or AI-generated tutor outputs obtained through the platform. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape content, or reverse engineer any part of the service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual property

All curriculum, videos, written materials, prompts, code samples, and brand assets are the property of Platinum AI Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. A license is granted to you for personal, non-commercial learning use for the duration of your access.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or misuse of the platform. If we terminate for cause, fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Platinum AI Academy is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
